About This Role

As a Senior React Developer at CodexaSoft, you'll lead the frontend architecture for enterprise-grade web applications. You'll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance user interfaces. You'll mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices across the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture decisions for complex web applications
• Build reusable component libraries and design systems
• Optimize application performance and Core Web Vitals
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs with frontend applications

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong experience with Next.js, server-side rendering, and static generation
• Proficiency in state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
