About This Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex software projects. You'll be the bridge between our engineering teams and clients, ensuring clear communication, on-time delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction. You'll manage multiple concurrent projects using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile project delivery with bi-weekly sprints and retrospectives
• Manage client relationships, expectations, and communication
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and demo sessions
• Track project budgets and ensure on-budget delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of software project management experience
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Linear)
• PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
• Technical background with ability to understand software architecture
